There are a few rules about the Refer-a-Member program
you should know about. No “gotchas” here,
just some terms to keep everyone happy.Payouts are made at the end of a billing cycle, which is either on the first of each month or at the end of a year
, eg: at least 30 days after the referred customer either signed up or converted from a trial to a paid account. So if your referred member upgrades their account on January 3rd, you'd be paid on March 1st.
The minimum balance for payouts is $50. Payouts are made through PayPal only.Self-referrals are not allowed.
The point is to get you to refer other people. This is not a way to get a discount on your own account 😉.You may not use your affiliate link in any search engine ads, Facebook ads, or anything similar that would compete with Bondi & Districts Chamber of Commerce's marketing and cause confusion for potential customers.
Abuse, gaming, and policy violations will result in having your account banned and any existing and future commissions forfeited.
In some cases, we can give credit to a referral partner even if the customer didn’t sign up through their link (for example, if they didn’t sign up through their link by mistake). If you have a case like that, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.A commission period
is the length you will be paid a commission from your referral and is inclusive of all payments for that particular referral. Payment amounts are paid based on the final value of the membership minus any discounts rendered to it. A commission period is up to a maximum of 12 months.
